PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES
Monthly payments are to be repeated for 8 months by credit card only.
These payments are automatic and pass on the 1st of every month from October 2020 to May 2021. (If you wish to make payment by cash or check, email at )
If payments do not go through on the 1st of the month, students will not be allowed into class until payment is up to date.
2. Registration Fee:
There will be a $50, non-refundable registration fee to be paid upon registration. The maximum registration fee for a family with 2 children or more is $100. This works as follows:
Child #1: $50 registration fee
Child #2: $50 registration fee
Child #3+: No additional registration fees
3. Class Trials:
Students are welcome to try any class before registering for $10 to be paid upon request in cash or by e-transfer to .
As mentioned above, the $50 registration fee is non-refundable.
Given that monthly payments pass on the 1st of every month, any payment that has gone through before a request of withdrawal from a class will not be refunded. If you wish to request the withdrawal from a class, to avoid any inconveniences, be sure to do so before the 1st of the month. There are no exceptions to this rule
5. Late Registration:
New students are welcome year-round. For those who register after October 1st, a $50 registration fee is required upon registration and monthly payments will begin immediately as of the current month.
However, students that register after January 1st are subject to late fees, as the costumes will have already been ordered.
Additionally, students will be required to purchase a costume not included in the monthly payments. Costume details will be released at a later date.
The deadline for costume payments is the last day of classes before our break for the holidays. If costume payment is not made by then, late fees will be applied.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
Furthermore, if tuition payments are not up to date we reserve the right to hold your child's costume.
